INDIVIDUAL CONSULTING

During an individual session, we build an individualized performance plan based on your barriers, strengths and weaknesses so you can build self-awareness around what you need to thrive.

    • Instill confidence in your own ability to reach your potential to gain consistent progress

    • Increase productivity and efficiency by identifying your flow triggers

    • Identify and understand your limits so you can challenge them and have the courage and confidence to step outside your comfort zone to achieve elite performance

    • How to incorporate mindfulness into your practices and daily routine to better focus, self-awareness, manage emotions to increase performance effectiveness and how to live and perform in the present moment

    • How to address your daily routines and adapt them to what serves you best for your energy, emotions and focus

  • Sessions typically last 45-60 minutes, and can be conducted in-person or by FaceTime, Zoom, or phone.

The ideal choice if you want to improve growth and success for your team or organization is a tailored program to achieve your optimal zone of performance. I work with teams to build foundational skill sets that build self-awareness and team cohesion and ultimately give you the tools needed to perform at your best together.

    • Work together as a team by understanding how to have difficult conversations, conflict management and problem solving abilities

    • How to incorporate mindfulness into your practices and daily routine to better focus, self awareness , manage emotions to increase performance effectiveness and how to live and perform in the present moment

  • Set office hours for individual sessions (typically 30 minutes/session)

    1 hour for coach/staff meeting/consultation

    1 hour for team mental performance sessions which could include an educational session, guided meditation, yoga, and/or observation of practice/game.

    The team consulting model and number of visits is customized based on teams needs and budget.
